Kaye Cain honored

CHIEF DEPUTY COUNTY CLERK Kaye Cain, center, was honored at Tuesday’s (July 15) meeting of the Upshur County Commissioners Court for 30 years of service to the County Clerk’s Office. She was presented a plaque by County Clerk Peggy LaGrone, and was presented a certificate by Judge Dean Fowler, second from right, in which he proclaimed Aug. 7 “Kaye Cain Day.” From left are county commissioners James Crittenden, Lloyd Crabtree, Ms. Cain, Judge Fowler and Comm. Glenn Campbell. Comm. Buddy Ferguson was also present.
