AT THE FARMERS MARKET at Gilmer’s Yamboree Park Tuesday (July 22), Raymond Wetzel, left, holds a gourd and white eggplant, while Bobby Thorn displays onions, tomatoes and watermelons. Other farmers have cucumbers, Crowder and purple-hull peas, yellow squash, melons, potatoes and freshly canned goods. The market is open Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
