Buckeyes in bloom

BLOOMING ALONG fence rows, the edge of woods, and in yards are buckeyes with their annual spectacular display of carmine and cream. These spikes will be replaced by a clutch of buckeyes in a pouch of leathery tan by late October. These are blooming in the yard of Eulalia Fielden of Bettie.
